Torc has been headquartered in Blacksburg, Virginia since our inception in 2005. Blacksburg serves as the base of operations and is also a central station for software development, hardware integration, and autonomous testing. Our fleet operations run test trucks on the surrounding interstates, and we perform closed-course testing and validation at the nearby Virginia Tech Transportation Institute.
