Day 1 Capability: Animal Collision Avoidance

Self-driving cars need to be able to recognize and react to a variety of scenarios – including large animals in the road. In this video captured by one of our roof-mounted cameras, the Torc self-driving car slows to a stop as a deer crosses the road and resumes driving once the road is clear.
