Even when a self-driving car has a green light, it needs to be able to respond to unusual situations and adjust its behavior when necessary.
In this video captured by our roof camera, the Torc car begins to turn at a green arrow, but a cone truck is causing congestion at the intersection. The Torc car slows down for the vehicles ahead to maneuver around the truck, then completes the turn and drives on.
